*Update*
The Guild campfire has moved to Preston Minster Church at the top of Church St/Fishergate, same times 1pm - 3pm.
On Saturday 23rd June the Olympic torch comes to Preston and local Scouts and Guides are marking the occasion with a huge campfire on the flag market. It would be great if you could come along and join in the fun – it’s free! Members should wear uniform. If you’re going please let us know here - count me in.
Hope to see you there

The community procession is on Friday 7th September. For most schools this is a school day and you will need to arrange with your child's headteacher for them to be out of school on this day. The county council have confirmed that schools may mark children as "present at approved educational activity" rather than absent, so this will not affect their attendance record.
